We offer box mock-ups before actual production. We considered it necessary to ensure you how the actual product will look like. It also serves to visually showcase and test packaging designs before production. Moreover, we can send you a physical sample at a minimal shipping cost so that you can assess and approve the final packaging design.
4.Can i order a sample first before pushing through with a higher quantity order ?
Yes. Ordering one box is perfect if you'd like a sample to check out before committing to a larger order.

6.How long does it take to make a sample with my own art work ? What about huge quantity?
(1) Digital sample in 2-3 days After you confirm everything.
(2) The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, process, etc., usually 7-12 working days is enough.

10. If there is a defect/problem with the product, how do you resolve it?
1.We will arrange quality inspection services before transportation. If there are any quality problems, they will be found before packaging and re-production will be arranged.
If there are still simple product quality problems after receiving the goods, please consult our customer service staff for negotiation. We will negotiate compensation according to the order situation.
2. If there are natural, non-human/uncontrollable factors, such as sea transportation, weather, etc., due to the long efficiency of international transportation, if it is not our manufacturer's fault, we will also negotiate and deal with it according to the actual situation.
